I am really impressed by this product! The best toothbrush I have tried so far, and the beautiful design does absolutely not hurt! But as impressed as I am by the brush, I am even more impressed by the customer service, I agree with another review here; Emelie is a star! I had some problems with receiving the package, something that was not Lucent’s fault in any way and Emelie was fantastic in fixing the problem.
I will be recommending both the product and the website to all my family and friends!

I've been using electric toothbrushes for the past several years, the majority of which from an inferior brand that rhymes with Dillips Donicare. I'd spent HUNDREDS of dollars with said brand only for them to break within a matter of months. Don't trust everything you read on Wirecutter. Anyways, I came across this brand after a classic "best electric toothbrush" Google and decided to give it a try. So far, I've been VERY impressed! From the aesthetic appeal to the ease of use and the feeling of a deep clean, I've loved it. My favorite feature is that is STAYS CHARGED for up to 60 days! Haven't had to charge it once yet. I just bought another for my sister as a gift and can't wait to hear what she thinks!

I had been using the top end sonic toothbrush from another manufacturer and was on my third one in two years. Each time, the on/off button failed. Obviously it was time to try something different. I started reading reviews and came across the Prism, which I found interesting. First, to me, it was the best looking toothbrush. Second, I was intrigued by the automatic start feature. Third, the price was about half of what I paid for the other sonic toothbrush. After a week long delay in U.S. Customs (it ships from Sweden), it arrived.

The toothbrush is coated in a rubber that makes it non-slip, but still easy to wipe down. The automatic start mode works perfectly. I like the timer which tells me how long I've brushed. The brush heads are a nice size - a bit bigger than the ones I had been using. There are 3 brushing modes - sensitive, everyday, and whitening. The sensitive is too soft for me. The whitening has pulses which make for an interesting brush. I settled on the everyday mode, which is stronger than the sensitive mode. This mode is not a constant strength, but seems to have a pattern to it. My only issue with it is that sometimes it stops briefly when I'm brushing my upper front teeth. I'm not sure if it's the way I brush or not. Lastly, there are a couple of interesting sounds that I haven't quite figured out. There's a brief blip that I think might be the 30 second marker, and there's a higher pitched buzz that occurs for a reason I haven't figured out yet.

As for cleaning, it does a very good job. I like this toothbrush and am happy with the purchase. So why four stars instead of five? It's the intermittent cutting out - but once I've figured it out, the brush would rate 5 stars.
