The charging port is located at the bottom of the toothbrush, open the small lid to access it. Then plug the USB-C cable into a power source, such as a phone charger adapter or your laptop. Make sure the toothbrush is turned off while charging. A full charge takes about 3 hours. We recommend fully charging it before first use or if it hasn't been used for a few months.
