(Grym batteritid!)

Prim Pink & Water Flare

I’ve been using the Prism Pink and Flare Water Flosser from Be Lucent, and my teeth feel like I just left the dentist after every use. The Prism is gentle yet powerful, and the Flare makes flossing effortless. It’s a game-changer for my daily routine.

Disappointed

After less than two weeks the brush head started losing parts. I was really surprised. I mean I have had electric toothbrushes before; never seen this.

Better Charging indicator

Hi! How do I see the bettery charging indications? I bought a new one and would like to charge it. but there is no sign after I put the toothbrush on the charging station. I tried the buttons and couldn’t find how I could see the charging sign. Is my charger broken?

Hi Grace, thanks for reaching out and welcome to Lucent. We’d love to help you troubleshoot this properly — feel free to email us at support@be-lucent.com, and we’ll get it sorted in no time. Warm regards, team Lucent

Great toothbrush

I only have one tiny issue with this brush: I can't lay it on the counter without it rolling away! I've lost some toothpaste that way, but that's minor.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • A sonic toothbrush uses high-frequency vibrations to generate sonic waves that assist in breaking down plaque and debris on teeth and along the gum line. Unlike regular electric toothbrushes that rely primarily on mechanical rotation or oscillation to clean teeth, sonic toothbrushes offer a dynamic cleaning action that reaches deep between teeth and below the gum line for a more thorough cleaning.

  • It is recommended to replace your sonic toothbrush head every three months or sooner if the bristles become frayed. Regular replacement is crucial as worn-out bristles lose their effectiveness in cleaning and may harbor bacteria, which can lead to poor oral hygiene and potentially compromise your dental health.

  • Yes, sonic toothbrushes are suitable for people with sensitive teeth and gums. Most models come with adjustable intensity levels that can be set to a gentler cleaning mode to prevent discomfort. Additionally, the soft, high-speed vibrations of a sonic toothbrush can be less abrasive than traditional brushing techniques, which helps protect sensitive teeth and gums from irritation. Always consult with your dentist to choose the best brushing settings and techniques for your specific needs.
