Great toothbrush

The toothbrush works great, but the sounds that it makes when vibrating are kind of confusing. Charging station uses USB-C, which is a bit of a nuisance to have to find an adapter.

Not worth the hassle

Very unsatisfied with the whole buy experience and the use of the product in general.

Tortured soul trapped in my toothbrush

Although this toothbrush has improved my dental health, I would not recommend this product because I feel as though it is trying to communicate a desparate message to me in a language I do not understand. For the first month or so of use, this toothbrush vibrated in a normal, calm, gentle pattern. Then out of the blue one day, it started vibrating extremely frantically. To my understanding it did not need to be charged, as a little battery symbol outlined in LED lights flashed on the body of the toothbrush when it needs a charge. Nor is it telling you that you are pressing too hard—once it switches to panic mode, no change in pressure can switch it out. I did not find any explanation about this change in pattern and it’s possible meaning anywhere on the website. It is frustrating because the vibration pattern is aggressive and stressful. If the toothbrush needs to tell me something, it should be programmed to do so using the screen that is already used for low battery notifications and to tell you how long you have been brushing. The aesthetic is not worth the anguish and existential pressure of feeling like you are this trapped alien soul’s last lifeline to get whatever message across the ether to their lost colony.

Dies after charging

I’ve had two toothbrushes die after charging them the first time. Seems like 60 days is the total battery life. Two stars for customer service, who immediately sent a new toothbrush when the first one died. Sadly it looks like the problem persists with the new toothbrush I was sent.

Excellent device!

I've tried many electric toothbrushes but I like this one the best!
Somehow the intensity is just right, the sound isn't too loud, and the automatic reminders are helpful, but unintrusive. The end result is for the first time, I am brushing for 2 minutes (mostly) as my dentist recommends, where with the others, I couldn't stand it. The total time shows up at the end, which helps too...
Great product!
