Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 30 minutes after placing it. Please contact us at support@be-lucent.com and include your order number.

Returns

• You have the right to return your order within 30 days from the date you received it.

• The product must be in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging.

• To register a return, please contact us to receive a return address.

• Return shipping is paid by the customer.

• If the product was damaged during transport, you must notify us within 2 weeks to be eligible for compensation.
