Cancellation

If you want to cancel the order, please contact support@be-lucent.com within 30 minutes after you have placed your order. Please include your order confirmation number in the correspondence.

Ordering

We reserve the right, on all orders as well as final sales, to correct any displayed prices which are obviously incorrect. A price shall be deemed obviously incorrect if the consumer realised or should have realised that the price was incorrect at the time of the purchase. Under such circumstances, Be Lucent may cancel the purchase and refund any amount paid, in the most suitable way. Be Lucent will notify the consumer as soon as reasonably possible following the discovery of the error.

Returns

Consumers have the right to return an order within 30 days from receiving the order. The right applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. If consumers use their right to return an order, they must contact Be Lucent to receive an address to send the goods to. Return shipping is paid by the consumer. If an item is damaged during transport, the consumer must notify Be Lucent within 2 weeks for the consumer to have the right to compensation. More information will then be received.
